1. High usage temperature: It can reach above 1750 degrees and has good thermal stability. The rate of change of the re burned line is small, and it can be used for a longer time. 2. Optimize the structure and reduce the weight of the furnace body: Nowadays, high-temperature resistant materials are commonly used as heavy bricks with a volume density of 2.6-3.0g/cm, while alumina hollow ball bricks only have a volume of 1.1-1.5g/cm. With the same cubic meter volume, using alumina hollow ball bricks can reduce weight by 1.1-1.9 tons. 3. Material saving: To achieve the same operating temperature, the price of using heavy bricks is comparable to that of alumina hollow ball bricks, and a considerable amount of insulation layer refractory material is also required. If alumina hollow ball bricks are used, it can save 1.1-1.9 tons of heavy bricks per cubic meter, and also save 80% of refractory insulation materials. 4. Energy saving: Aluminum oxide hollow balls have obvious insulation properties and low thermal conductivity, which can achieve good insulation effect, reduce heat dissipation, improve thermal efficiency, and thus save energy. The energy-saving effect can reach over 30%.
