Fused Zirconia Corundum Brick

The scientific name of AZS refractory brick is fused zirconia corundum brick. It is made by completely melting the raw materials and casting them in a mold, then cooling and condensing them. Mainly for the use of glass furnaces. The shrinkage cavity formed by the volume shrinkage of this product during the condensation process is something that should be paid special attention to when using it. The casting methods of AZS refractory bricks (electric fused zirconia corundum bricks) are ordinary casting, inclined casting, non-shrinkage casting and quasi-no shrinkage casting. The different casting methods of AZS products can meet the application requirements of various parts of ceramic frit kilns, soda kilns and glass kilns. It is erosion-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and has a long service life. At present, it is commonly used-fused oxidation method for casting.

AZS refractory brick under refractory glass

The melting and pouring of compound aluminum bricks has established its application at the top of the melting pool, and it is important that the furnace for melting high-quality glass pure oxygen combustion pool has been used. Before the advent of pure oxy-combustion technology, only βˉ compound aluminum bricks were used for the top structure of the melting pool, and no melt-cast compound aluminum bricks were used on the top of the melting pool. Nowadays, whether βˉaluminum compound or α-βaluminum compound cast products are used to produce colorful film (screen cone), float glass and borosilicate glass pure oxygen combustion tank furnace part or all on the top of the furnace. Melt-casting AZS bricks can generally be used at 1600°C or 1650°C (for glass products), while the furnace roof with electric fusion aluminum bricks can be successfully operated at 1700°C. This creates a better premise and greater vividness for glass manufacturers to produce refractory glass. AZS refractory bricks, high alumina bricks, castables, square bricks, high temperature clay, high temperature fire clay, acid-resistant bricks. It has strong vitality in the use of glass furnaces.
